I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Martell. I have had Botox treatments with her and recently completed my first CO2 laser session, and I am beyond impressed with the results. What I love most is that her Botox looks incredibly natural. I still look like myself, just more refreshed and rested. Nobody ever asks if I’ve had Botox because it never looks overdone. Dr. Martell has a gift for enhancing your natural features without making you look frozen or unnatural. As for the CO2 laser, all I can say is wow. I’ve only had one treatment, and the improvement I’ve already seen in my skin is amazing. My skin looks smoother, healthier, brighter, and more youthful. I honestly find myself recommending it to everyone because I was not expecting such noticeable results after just one session. Beyond her skill and expertise, Dr. Martell is kind, patient, honest, and takes the time to answer every question. She makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in and never pressures you into anything. If you’re considering Botox or CO2 laser treatments, I highly recommend Dr. Martell. I trust her completely, and I couldn’t be happier with my results.

I had my first Botox injections today with Janet Diaz Martell, M. D. at MD Health Spa, and she was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. She really listened to my concerns and addressed each one thoughtfully, which made the experience stress-free and positive. The facility itself is beautiful, spotless, and welcoming, and the whole appointment was quick and easy without ever feeling rushed. I’m so happy with my experience and will definitely be going back. I have been searching for someone I truly trust to do my Botox ever since I moved to Naples. I tried a few places, but nothing ever felt quite right. That changed the moment I went to MD Health Spa. A friend of mine actually drives from Miami to Naples just to come here, and now I completely understand why. Dr. Martell is amazing. Her hands are incredibly skilled and gentle. I usually have a very difficult time with injections, and I barely felt anything. I just had the treatment done, so I have not seen the results yet, but based on the experience and her expertise, I am confident they are going to be phenomenal. I can honestly say I have finally found my place. I am also planning to do laser on my face within the next couple of weeks and am really looking forward to it. Highly recommend. Helena B
