From the moment we met Karoline and Evandro they were very personable and genuinely caring about our tile project. Giving us good suggestions as we walked through our house reviewing the job. Their team took over and continued no matter the challenges until the job was done correctly. Their tile installer was awesome!! Installing the 24x48 large format tile. Our floor looks fabulous! We would highly recommend them for any project as they are very talented contractors who actually do what they commit too and completes it in a timely manner.
We hired Maximo to renovate our kitchen. We had a difficult time picking a backsplash while the cabinets were being installed. She suggested we hold off on the backsplash until the cabinets and counters were installed. She found a hand made glass tile that looks awesome. Their attention to detail really shows. Caroline and Evandro are fantastic to work with. They will definitely do more work for us.

We are so happy to have found Maximo Floors for our condo remodel. We had a neighbor that gave a very high recommendation of Evandro and Caroline from Maximo and they didn't disappoint. We did all new luxury vinyl floors and remodeled three baths. Not only was the workmanship superb but they showed up (very unusual in SW Florida), every day when scheduled. Evandro called us each morning to give us their schedule. The employees were all very polite, cleaned up after each days work. We couldn't have asked for a better contractor. When finished the punch list was very small and all was taken care of immediately. Thanks Evandro and Caroline, we are very happy with your work.
Upon purchasing a new home we discovered some hidden water damage under a carpeted room covering an engineered wood floor. We called Maximo Flooring and owners Evansro and Karoline met with us the next day. A plan was made to demo the floor and install a new carpet. This was done within 7 days! We received a fair price and great communication throughout the process. Thanks Maximo! 05/2026. We were so pleased with Maximo that we hired them again to upgrade our kitchen countertops and master bath upgrades. Their network of tradesmen completed the job in only three days. They took time to prepare the work area to minimize construction dust and assisted with the cleanup. Another successful project by Maximo.
