Attached are before and after pictures from Massey failing to provide services I paid for, resulting in my lawn being ruined. I paid for a year of Massey lawn and pest when I bought my new build home in 2023. They came out a total of 3 times, two of which were a month or more late. My new sod lawn became overrun with weeds. My daughter has had allergic reactions to the weeds growing. My first documented complaint was in January of 2024, they promised to fix everything. From then I never spoke to the same person twice, they told me there was “a shuffle in management” but that they were going to make things right. This cycle continued through February 2025 when I to reached out to Massey corporate. They said they’d refund one maybe two services. This is after one of their own technicians said “there really isn’t anything we can do for your lawn at this point, we dropped the ball”. I’m still out a year of lawn for my 3 year old to play on and have to either repair or replace it, which will cost thousands of dollars and take months. DO NOT USE MASSEY!

I scheduled an appointment with Messey Termites for help with my irrigation system. The result was a complete disaster and a huge waste of money. The technician who came out broke one of my irrigation heads and completely scrambled the programming on my Hunter control box. The system now doesn't work at all. A woman from the company later came to look at the situation, but she didn't seem to understand the problem and couldn't explain what had happened or how they would fix it. The service did nothing to resolve the issue, and yet I was charged $300 for this experience. I have since learned that the company primarily focuses on termite and pest control, but they were clearly not qualified to handle my irrigation repair. I am now stuck with a broken system and a $300 bill for nothing. I would strongly recommend anyone needing irrigation work to hire a specialist, as my experience has been a costly one."

Eric the inspector was just here. He discovered overwatering on a section of our lawn. He turned down the activation time in that section. He also check all the other sprinklers on the property. All for free! We recommend Massey. They have been doing a great job for us for over a year. We are very happy with the results. Always great customer service. It’s a great company .

The worst pest control company I have ever seen in my life. I've been having problems with cockroaches in my house for 3 months, previously it was in the kitchen, so I asked my condominium office to contact the pest control company to solve my problem. So Massey's technician came to the house and only pest-treated the kitchen, so the cockroaches migrated to other rooms in the house and my nightmare began. After the pest control, cockroaches began to appear in the TV room, in the bathrooms, in the bedrooms, on my bed, on my baby's crib. I was worried and we scheduled another pest control for today. I left a note that we have a baby at home, to give us the instructions we need so that the pest control doesn't harm my baby. We received a letter from Massey informing us what we should do before the pest control, we did everything this morning. The technician arrived at 4pm and we were waiting for them since 9am and he didn't disinfect the entire house again, he only did the kitchen and bathrooms. Before the technician left, he said that you shouldn't return things to the offices for 2 hours and you shouldn't stay in the house for 1 hour. If they had come sooner, I would have accepted it. But they arrive at 4pm (around the time the kids get home from school), saying these instructions as if we weren't living in this house. Please train your employees better, I am not a pest control specialist to know if the poison you use is harmful to my children's health. You need to inform us better about pre and post pest control so that we can organize ourselves and avoid these setbacks.

Left marks all over my brand new house, nothing has been done as promised I have had to call back multiple times. I think they sound nice and sell something that sounds good but I’m really disappointed in this company I wish we would have used someone else. Really consider your options prior to using them. I did not and rushed into using someone my home builder used and this has been terrible. They did come back and clean the area and they refunded me my money since I requested to part ways with the company as I thought this was better for both of us. Kyle the manager is very receptive to the feedback.
