Jacqueline and Marc are excellent therapists. I have worked with both therapists for over a year; they help with ongoing tension areas. They work on both stress areas and physical mobility issues. They work with care and attention. I am very happy to have found people with such a wealth of knowledge and experience to help me feel better .
This location is an absolute disaster. I genuinely do not understand how they still have clients because the scheduling and management at this location are beyond incompetent. My mother and I, both paying members, have had FIVE scheduled massages canceled by this location within the past month. One of mine was canceled after I had already driven 45 minutes and was sitting in the lobby waiting at the exact time my massage was supposed to begin. The same thing has happened to my mother as well. At this point, it’s not “things happen” it’s a clear pattern of complete disorganization and total disregard for people’s time. If therapists are unavailable, management should know BEFORE clients waste their time driving there and rearranging their schedules. What’s even worse is that no real solutions are ever offered when this happens. No urgency, no accountability, no attempt to make things right, just a casual “sorry” after repeatedly inconveniencing paying members. This was my first experience after signing up for their membership, and it will absolutely be my last at this location. I would strongly recommend going literally anywhere else.
I have been a customer for about a year and never had a bad experience. All the therapists I have seen did great and were always professional, but the best for me is Biody - her deep tissue massages are just excellent and super relaxing every time! Also the front desk staff is always very friendly and helpful!
The massage itself was incredible. The therapist Jose was highly skilled, attentive, and knew exactly how to target tension areas without even needing much direction. Every movement felt intentional and professional, combining relaxation with real therapeutic benefit.
I came 15 minutes early as requested however, my massage didn’t begin until 20 minutes late. Therefore, I waited more than half an hour for my Therapist. My 730 massage began closer to 8 PM and I arrived at 7:15. Surprisingly I was complete by 9 PM. This was supposed to be a 90 minute massage. The checkout technician advised me that she was sorry and this is normal because of a 10 minute interim for consultation and changing. But even with that my massage was still more than 15 minutes short from 90 minutes. The technician JOSE was very good and very nice, so for that part it was OK. Also, the room was very bright for what I’m used to. It wasn’t dim soft lighting and calming which I thought was odd. Maybe it’s a new rule or something.
