A second town tree fell on our house and took down the 200 amp wire. Police and fire departments responded, as well as Eversource and town public works and then Giovanni from Markerian Electric soon arrived in prompt response to our call. He and his associate worked late into the night and the next day to completely restore power and encase the line in PVC in less than 24 hours. They quickly received the permit and the next morning the town electrical inspector successfully reviewed the work. We are so grateful to Giovanni and Markerian for their prompt and thorough response and excellent work.
I had the pleasure of interacting with Jeff Magazine. I will have to say he is one of the most professional men I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Each time he had to do something he explained in full detail what needed to be done, how much time it was going to take and was very efficient. Blaise was incredibly professional, smart, and friendly. He did multiple jobs I requested with ease. Furthermore, he was efficient. He was in and out in 45 mins and the jobs were done to perfection. I also appreciated the back end customer service of Markarian. They sent reminder texts and calls, and alerted me when the driver was on his way. Great experience overall.
