Had an outstanding dinner at Collier House recently and wanted to give a well-deserved shoutout to Paige, who took incredible care of us from start to finish. She was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made the whole experience feel effortless. The pan-seared salmon was perfectly executed — beautiful crust on the outside, tender and flaky inside. And the grouper was equally impressive, cooked with real finesse. Both dishes were standout. Between the food and the service Paige provided, this was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a while. We’ll absolutely be back.

Tried to go to to the snook inn. Couldn’t find parking so I found this restaurant-and do not regret it for one minute. The presentation and freshness of their caesar salad was amazing. Everything just tasted so fresh and home made. They had a N.A mock tail that was amazing with blood orange and who knows what else, but was not overly sweet. Crab cakes were 90% crab and only 10% filler as a binder. The host got me in even though I had no reservation. My waitress made excellent recommendations and she was so attentive next to the bar. If you want a a fine dining experience I highly recommend!! Best meal I had on Marco.

What a refreshing change to Marco. I love all our restaurants but The Collier House deserves a 5 star review. Between Austin at the bar making great cosmos to Sergio at the table and then Fran wrapping up the evening, how could it not exceed expectations! The ribs far exceeded our expectations, the sides! We order the deviled eggs, excellent as well. They have obviously worked hard on sound control as it was never an issue and the space is beautiful! If you can get in and enjoy the evening it is well worth it! Congratulations to The Collier House, we appreciate you and what you’ve brought to the table!

We had a wonderful NYE dinner at Marek’s. My lobster was phenomenal and my family members enjoyed their steaks and crab cakes. We also enjoyed the deviled eggs, “drunken berries” dessert, and the “Flight Risk” and “Tequila Mockingbird” cocktails. However the best part of the experience was the service. All members of the staff were attentive and cheerful, but our server Brian made the experience wonderful with his enthusiasm and attention to detail.

Such a stunning restaurant. The food was phenomenal. It was a busy night, but the service was still spot on. My favorite spot in the place was the outdoor seating area above the street side patio. You got to see the band and outside and still have an intimate setting.
