We had a very positive experience with Maria and Andre at Marco Island Rental Properties. Their team was consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely attentive throughout our stay. When we encountered unexpected travel difficulties, they were understanding and helpful in a way that made a real difference. I especially appreciated how smoothly they handled communication and documentation when we needed it. Their care and professionalism stood out, and I would gladly recommend them.

This is just not good property management. After researching for weeks, we chose a location on Marco from Marco Island Rental Properties. The day before our arrival it just happened (??) to have a problem...the air conditioning broke and they cannot service for a week???? So, we had to choose another location. We downgraded our property choice. Maria said she would take care of us due to the inconvenience but instead failed to initially catch the downgrade booking fee until we pointed out all the math errors. But nothing extra for the inconvenience. Instead, we had roaches in the grill, ants and roaches in the house, one toilet does not flush... and then the shutter guys came. No notice; no knock; no concern for PRIVACY or that we are here trying to enjoy a vacation (but how would they know if the property managers are not telling them?). We can’t leave because they are blocking the driveway. Regarding the house we picked with less than 24 hours of arrival = Location is good. Like the view and access to the beach is within a 15 minute walk. Owner may want to consider another management professional. Veteran led businesses are our first choice whenever possible. This experience will be the baseline in giving the other veteran led property management company’s on Marco our patronage. Thank you for reading, we hope this helps making informed decisions.

My wife and I have rented at least annually since 2008 and have enjoyed all the houses we've rented and often get the same house several years in a row. EVERY time we've had an issue with the house... somethings broken, something quits working, etc. they have gone out of their way to get it resolved as quickly as possible. This year was just another great example when the AC went out and we realized it at after 8pm at night. We called the emergency line and the owner picked up the phone. Within 30 minutes someone was on site and had the AC working again within minutes. If you are renting on Marco Island I highly recommend this company.

My family and I rented in November. We rented a 2 bedroom and needed a second condo as we had extra family join us. Cindy was amazing! She couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you Cindy. We will see you in a few months. 😊

I've taken my family to Marco Island twice in the last 3 years and every time we stay at one of thier homes. The staff is fantastic, the rentals are all in great shape and you can't beat the value! I highly recommended staying with them on your next trip to Marco Island! We can't wait until next year!
