We just acquired a brand-new home in Marco Island. Unfortunately, when we complained that our new slider wouldn't lock and wasn't sliding, our builder did not respond. We made the decision to get new impact windows and a new impact slider after three months. When my husband called Marco Island Impact, a sales representative was dispatched the following day. He took the time to show and explain how the windows were manufactured during his more than three hours with us. The windows we currently have let cold or hot air in, whereas the new ones are energy-efficient. Our house will be lot safer than it is currently thanks to the locks, frames, and limit latches on the windows. We are looking forward to our new Sliding Patio Doors Marco Island Impact for their energy efficiency & protection Their professionalism and the way they presented the windows and doors were both quite impressive to us.
