We had a great experience working with Carlos. Our renovation included a complete remodel of our kitchen including taking down a partial wall, two bathroom remodels, and new flooring and paint throughout. He was very responsive from start to finish and had a highly talented team on the project. Communication was great, especially considering we were in two different states. He uses the app Buildertrend, which was a game changer—it allowed us to see daily photo updates and follow a clear, visual schedule, so we always knew what was happening. Any questions or issues that came up were addressed and resolved promptly. Overall, professional, organized, and easy to work with. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.
Mr. Carlos Rojas and his team at Marco Island Contracting Group LLC renovated our Guest Bathroom early in 2025 and, because of the terrific job that he and his team did then, we asked him to renovate our Master Bathroom and adjoining Master Closet early this year. Unlike some of the other most recent reviewers, we are full-time residents here on Marco Island. In both instances Mr. Rojas and his team did an exceptional and timely job. As earlier reviewers mentioned, he uses Buildertrend software to provide the owner with visibility on the progress along the way and, more importantly, he keeps to the schedule that he puts forward every week. His team does excellent work, and he is a gentleman and a fine young family man. We highly recommend Marco Island Contracting Group LLC!
Our condo is so gorgeous! Carlos and his team are very professional, personable and extremely skilled. Our condo remodel was extensive, the workmanship is beyond our expectations, it’s really impressive.
I would not hesitate to recommend Marco Island Contracting Group for any renovation job. We had a kitchen completely gutted and redone while we were back North, and we couldn't be happier with the results. After our first meeting with Carlos, my husband, who is a masonry contractor, said "this is the guy we want". They kept us updated on a daily basis from the start of the project until the finish and have followed up several times to ensure that everything is good. On the one minor issue we had, they were there the next day to remedy. We also had our shower redone and again, the results have been outstanding. I've heard so many horror stories about working with other contractors, but it's been such a pleasure working with Carlos and his crew!
Did not know what they were doing when they re-did our pool tiles. Unlevel tiles and the grout is coming up. It was not allowed to cure properly. And broke the pool drain cover while doing the work.
