Great over all experience renting a golf cart with Marco Fun! I called before reserving to ensure I had all of the required documents - insurance card and ID - Martin answered and was extremely helpful, great customer service, and easy communication. The process at the shop was easy and we were quickly out on the road enjoying our rental. The cart was in great condition, safe, and comfortable to drive. Martin also found out that it was my daughter’s birthday and gave her a special gift! Highly recommend MarcoFun. Thanks for a great experience. We will be back and we will send our friends your way too! 5+ stars!
🚴♀️ Exceptional Service and Great Equipment! We recently rented bikes from Marco Fun Rentals for our two granddaughters (ages 7 and 9) who were visiting for Thanksgiving, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. We weren't sure what size bikes they needed, so we stopped by the shop. Martin was wonderful—he patiently helped us find the best fit and let the girls test them out to make sure they felt comfortable. They delivered the bikes to us free of charge. The bikes were well-maintained and in great shape, and the girls had a blast riding them all over the neighborhood and in Mackle Park. I highly recommend Marco Fun Rentals! Their variety of equipment, competitive prices, and outstanding customer service truly set them apart.
Called to rent a golf cart and gave my credit card number. Realized IMMEDIATELY afterwards that it was an electric cart and we needed gas. Called back to cancel and was told I would be charged a $150 “rebooking fee”! I was never informed of that nor did I sign anything agreeing to that. I’m sure the 10 minutes she thought she had a golf cart renter before finding out she didn’t wasn’t THAT much of an inconvenience that she needed to rob me of $150. She seemed nice at first but is apparently just like any other greedy business owner. Don’t let the British accent fool you. Look at her super unprofessional responses to the one star reviews on here…WOW
Fast and easy rental process and we were able to get our bikes the next day. Love that they drop off and pick up the bikes. We get them so we can explore the Marco Island more personally. This is our 2nd time renting and would highly recommend.
I rented an E bike for a few hours and had a blast. The customer service and the bike all added up to a great value. I would rent from them in a heartbeat.
