We hired MaidPro for the 1st time Friday 6/19/26 to do a deep clean of our home. The team sent us waws on time, easily understood our needs, worked hard and accomplished what needed to be done. We will have them back as we were very satisfied with MaidPro.
Ledlis M. And Jazmin L. were professional, efficient and provided expert cleaning for my home. They left my home smelling fresh, cleaned and picked up. They ensured that I was satisfied with the service before leaving and allowed time for a post cleaning inspection. I appreciate all they did and the service they performed. I would and have referred MaidPro to my neighbors and friends. Highly recommend and will continue to use their services.

I was not happy with many aspects of this service. I was given a window of 11-3 arrival?? I contracted this company because they were insured and bonded and posted a 49 point list of this that were covered. Since the girl left I have been trying to contact then regard in the numerous items that were missed, that is a few hours now and no responds from phone calls left nor e-mails. Maybe because it is a holiday, but no stated on the site , open until 9. I have taken photos of everything that was missed, I would run out of space if I listed them all. After I contacted Jennifer with my remarks I was reminded that there was a 24 hr guarantee. I was thrilled when two ladies actually arrived Nancy and Luz. I had always been used to two cleaners and that way the time was shorter and with so many medical appt , this was always beneficial. Not only were Nancy and Luz very personal but very professional also. They went over many of the items that add been previously missed. and did a wonderful job. I was very happy with this team. I have requested them for my next appt. and was also give a decent arrival time of 1 hour in the future, not 4, which was unacceptable. Thanks you Nancy and Luz.
Julio Encarnacion and Susan Lopez were excellent! Julio organized the cleaning plan in order to complete the cleaning within the time allotted. They left the home exceptionally clean and were very thorough within the contracted time.
