The ladies were on time and went right to work. Within 3 hours I had a brand new home! Everything looked great, including window blinds/sills and ceiling fans.
The two Maid Pro cleaners did a good job for our first time with professional cleaners. We were v pleased with results.
In the beginning, I had questioned the level of professionalism and attention to detail that the service had had. The owner reached out to me and made sure that everything was taken care of. Made sure that I was happy, and re-affirmed my expectations moving forward. AND THEN; Everything when back to “Roadside Motel Room Cleaning Quality “ I’ve had maid service most of my life. I’m telling you from experience just hire someone else. What a complete and waste of time. The price does not match the service. I personally think that the company has ran with too much administrative costs so they push the cleaners to do more work in a shorter amount of time. All they really do is come in sweep, dust vacuum, and straighten up. They don’t actually clean.
We have been using MaidPro for a couple months now. I love coming home to a fresh, clean home. My husband & I are very clean people, but we have 3 VERY furry dogs who like to leave their fur everywhere. Marilyn & Marylin do a fantastic job. They are prompt, very thorough, and efficient. I highly recommend them both!
