Beware of pricing increases! I had used Maid to Order for a year with no problems. Then I got an email they were raising rates. Not unusual or unexpected because that is typical of all businesses. However, they raised my monthly rate by 40%! When I called because they said they “didn’t want to lose any customers”, they quickly told me that was reasonable. I disagree so another company got my business.
I’ve used Maid To Order over several years for different types of cleaning from move-in/move out, turn over, post construction to general housekeeping and have been satisfied with their flexibility and professionalism every time.
Immaculate work as always! Laurie G is always perfectly on time, her work is top-notch, and she is just a pleasure to have around. A true testament to the caliber of people employed by Maid to Order.
