Our A/C system wasn’t cooling very well. The technician was there the next day. There were leaks in the coils (system is 11yo). They offered to repair or replace. They gave me bids on 5 different systems. James was extremely helpful during this process by explaining the manual J calculation to understanding why humidity control in SW Florida is so important & the benefits of a 2 speed compressor. They weren’t pushy, but they did want me to understand the differences and cost and comfort. Honestly, it was a simple decision we ended up choosing one in the middle of everything that covered what I felt we needed. Next, I went to ChatGPT because I heard some rumblings that Mabry might be more expensive than other places in the area. This was not true. They were right in the middle. So I went with their offer they did not charge me for the service call to diagnose all the problems and when they came out, Leo and Alex were superb. They found that my old thermostat would actually work just fine so they took that off the bill and the labor to install it. All in all, my wife and I are very satisfied. Thank you to James, Lou & Alex!
The service call was needed because one of the AC units was set at dehumidify and should have been set at cooling on the remote control device. The service was completely resolved and pricing was adjusted for a setting which was done by the tech originally. Ashley and Henry were very helpful and fixed the billing in our favor. Greatly appreciated!! Ashley is always pleasant and easy to work with. We’ve had Mabrey for 5 plus years and appreciate the positive attitudes of each of their employees. Tom M.
I called Mabry Brothers and spoke to Scott. He was very helpful and understanding about the electrical issue I had. He assured me that the problem would be taken care of before end of day and true to his word it was Martin (electrician) did an excellent job, he is very knowledgeable , efficient. courteous , and very respectful. He fixed all the issues and also installed a ceiling fan with no problems whatsoever. I highly recommend
I love using these guys when I need an electrician. Their prices are fair, service is always fast and on time, and they communicate really well. Today Germayne T came out to install an EV charger at our home. He was on time, worked hard trenching ~80’, and got creative to help minimize the amount of exposed PVC. His connections look great, and the charger is working perfectly. As I said, I really like working with Mabry, and I think you will too.
Today I had my bi-yearly AC Maintenance. I have used MabryBrothers for years and I have always been very satisfied with their service. Kirk worked on my unit today and he was polite, thorough and explained everything he did when he completed the job. It was an excellent experience as usual!!
