Lumber Liquidators did a great job. William was exceptionally patient with helping me find the right material, and the installers did absolutely beautiful work. I recommend highly! Look at my pictures. I love my new floors. They have completely changed my house up.
I had some wood laminate flooring which had seen better days, and I wanted to improve the look and replace some areas that had been damaged by water. Lumber Liquidators worked out a plan to meet my needs at a very reasonable price, and executed that plan with great skill. They were very easy to deal with. I am very pleased with the results.
Flooring purchase has been one of the most positive experiences in home improvement that I've had in a very long time! The installation was absolutely excellent, flooring is gorgeous and we could not be more satisfied! William was very communicative and kept us informed on every step of the process. Highly recommend!
“Flooring and Trim still not Fixed” LL Flooring Workmanship, Customer Service, Warranty is a Complete Joke!!! They say you have warranty but they continue to play games, never show up to fix and then customer service tells you warranty time is up. Please read and Beware of this company. I’m reposting post with pictures from before below. If you look at other reviews I have written I do not bash companies, but I am so disappointed in the Flooring and other things I have mentioned. I can’t believe it and want others to know the stress, the frustration and cost this company has caused. . (old post) Beware !!! You better look up company on BBB before purchasing anything from LL Flooring and ask who their Installers are!!! Especially!!! Canadians or Anyone that will not be around for the installation. Poor Workmanship! Poor Customer Service! Warranty is a Joke! I’ve been taking advantage of by Sales with broken promises, poor customer service, subletting to Ross Flooring who knowingly knew flooring was poorly installed, missed leaded me, took my money, Her exact words were “I installed flooring in good faith that you would pay right after “, “that my warranty wouldn’t start until I signed and pay “ I arrived at my condo and noticed damage and not properly installed. I called right away and it’s been a complete joke after that, no shows, lies, saying there too much moisture in my condo when it’s not, it’s poor workmanship that Ross Flooring employees installed. Call after call, text after text, email after email Wasting my time, my energy! Never again!!! The unbelievable stress this has caused me. Beware of LL Flooring & Ross Flooring
A team of two came to do my installation. They were nothing short of perfection. Installed in one day, cleaned , swept, removed all debris. Even shopped for a small piece of quarter-round to finish a spot in my closet. Never even stopped for lunch.(although I made coffee and cookies to keep up their strength). I called the store to tell the sales person how very pleased we were and are, with my beautiful floor, thank you!!!
