Always has what we need! We are painting our 3 year olds room & are constantly making trips to get more paint. Yesterday on 5/14/26 we were helped by a man in the paint section and he helped us mix some white paint. I wish I got his name but he was the only one working that section when we went around 5:00 pm. Anyways, he overheard my son and how much he wanted a balloon (they had a huge balloon arch over the paint section). As we were leaving he brought us over a white balloon and even drew a cute smiley face on it. My son was SO excited! It made our entire day. My son has been playing with the ballon for 24 hours now and I just can’t stop thinking how sweet it was for the man to do that for us! I wish I got his name as I would have included it or maybe even stopped a manager and told them how sweet he was! Thank you to the kind sir working the paint section. You make everyone’s day better!

I odered 2 - 34 LB. bags of Scotts Turfbuilder product to be delivered to my home. Only 1 bag was delivered and the Lowes delivery driver sent me a photo of the Delivery in front of my garage. I specifically told them not to deliver anything if the order was missing any items. And, even though the largest bag of fertilizer (Scotts Turfbuilder) was missing, they still charged me for 2 bags. I have called customer service and the store directly and not one person will assume responsibility or offer a refund. The entire oder included 8 items, yet 7 were delivered.

I’d like to take the time to highlight the great customer experience I had today with Bill at Lowe’s in the lumbar department. He took the time to be super helpful and was very patient with me. I have quite a big project to complete. But with Bills’ help, I found the perfect wood for my project he even assisted me with cutting down the wood to the perfect sizes with great attention to detail. Thank so much Bill!!

I have a business account with Lowe's. Unfortunately this Lowe's is my local store because unlike other Lowe's that actually have the carts inside staged in the aisles on the contractor end, this Lowe's likes to leave the carts at the far corner of the parking lot so if you walk in and you need drywall or something then you have to exit store and backtrack all the way across the parking lot to go get a cart. Also constantly have too much cardboard pop-ups in the middle of the aisles which makes it hard to push materials through the store without taking out some nonsense item that's on promotion in the way. Otherwise fairly consistent service and product availability

I purchase a dishwasher from this store. I had excellent service from the time I walked in the store until I left. The sales girl knew exactly what I was looking for when I explained it to her and she took me right to one on sale. My checkout was super easy and pleasant. The next day I got a call from Crume installations that my dishwasher was in the warehouse and they would bring it out the next day for me between one and three. They were right on time actually a couple minutes early. The installers name was Steve. He was fantastic and efficient. He brought in the new dishwasher and had the old one out and everything cleaned up in no time. He was very pleasant and very nice the whole time he was here. Absolutely no complaints from this household.
