Key to Cool Customer Service is the best I've ever experienced for ANY company! Here's why: We returned to Naples a few days before the July 4 holiday. Our air conditioner stopped working on July 2 late in the afternoon. Even though it was after 5 PM I called the office and the answering service had a technician call me. Marvin called back within 10 minutes and tried to talk me through a few fixes, but nothing worked. Even though the business was closed for the July 4 holiday, Marvin came out to the house first thing in the morning on July 3 and examined our system to try to get us working. Unfortunately, the system needs to be replaced but Marvin got Shawn on the phone on his day off and he sent us a contract within minutes for a new system. We're hoping for as quick an installation as possible. Lastly, Marvin went back to the shop to get us a portable air-conditioning unit so at least we could sleep in one room. I have never been so satisfied with a company whose people went the extra mile when the temperatures were this high on a holiday weekend. I am convinced that the installation will be just as excellent as everything else. I could not recommend a company more.

Our first visit with Key to Cool. We switched from another company after 10 years. This company was recommended by a relative and many people in our neighborhood. Josh came out today to service 3 of our new units. He made some suggestions, found an issue and got the owner involved to help us resolve it. He was at our home from 9-3...a long time carefully checking inside and outside. Thanks for doing a great job.

Had a great experience getting a new a/c maintenance plan with Key to Cool with their office staff and having them accommodate scheduling an appointment within a few days. Liam came out to do the maintenance service. He was on time, performed the service efficiently and gave me great advice on how to keep the condensation line clean & clear in between maintenance service. It was obvious that he was an expert technician!

I had Kevin from Key to Cool come out to give me a quote for replacing two AC units. At this point I had already had four different companies come out to diagnose the system, and every one of them told me that the condenser was bad or the units needed major work or replacement. Kevin took a completely different approach. Instead of jumping straight to a replacement quote, he took the time to thoroughly diagnose the system and figure out what was actually going on. He walked me through everything step by step, showed me exactly what he was seeing, and explained the system in a way that actually made sense. After going through everything carefully, he discovered that the issue was not the condenser at all. He was able to make the proper repair and get the system working again. His honesty, knowledge, and willingness to truly troubleshoot the problem saved me a LOT of money. After dealing with multiple companies that misdiagnosed the issue, it was a huge relief to finally have someone who actually understood the system and fixed the real problem. If you're looking for an HVAC company that is honest, knowledgeable, and not just trying to sell you a new system, I highly recommend Kevin and Key to Cool.

Owner came over himself to fix an issue from previous company that installed our unit. Excellent service and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Will be using key to cool for any future needs!
