Key Screening did an excellent job on my new 26 x 11 ft Lanai expansion including pavers. The work and materials were high quality. They were good communicators and responded well when changes were needed to the original plan. They designed it well and came up with an original roof plan. Their costs were reasonable and was significantly less than the other two estimates that I obtained from other contractors. The only negative was it took four months to do mainly to the building permit delay from Lee county which was not Key Screening fault. We are very happy!
Alec is outstanding to work with. Detailed oriented, professional ,timely and available to answer any questions or concerns. Key Screening was a positive experience and we love our room!! Highly, highly recommended!
We love the extra room that Key created for us. Interviewed three companies and we 💯 chose the right one! We used our front sitting area often but now that it’s screened in we don’t have to deal with bugs and leaves. It’s a much cleaner experience. It also looks great!! We passed the contact on to two neighbors. Thanks to Joe, our salesperson. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. Thanks to our installer James! Amazing job! Very well constructed. If we need screening of any type in the future we will contact Key!
Key Screening is fantastic to work with. From the initial fair and thorough quote through an incredibly professional installation every element of our lanai project went well. Alec was great at managing all aspects of our project while James and Juan did an exceptional job installing the product. We are extremely happy with our new lanai and I would say that Key Screening may be one of the most professionally run companies we have dealt with in the Ft Myers area. Alecs crew came around 10am. Very nice guys! James and Zach worked till 4:30 and amazed me with their install ability! The pool screen went up like clock work. James came back the next day to finish the job with Braidden and once again they amazed. Answered every question offering just the answers you’d like to hear from professionals.
