My husband had always repaired our lanai screens himself and we had one screen section that ripped out and he again attempted to do it himself. But at 86 he just wasn’t up to the challenge. I called Ken who responded by immediately coming to our home after he had already had a busy day. Ken repaired our screen within minutes expertly. He even put away the ladders we had dragged out of our garage when we thought we could do the job ourselves. I take my contractor’s seriously, I am not looking for just the best quote, I am looking for longevity, exceptional craftsmanship and the kind of integrity that came with Ken’s screen repair and his fantastic crew! He truly cares about his reputation and it shows, he threw in so many extra panels without an additional fee! He rescreened my entire lanai roof and almost all my side panels, recapped all rusty bolts, and he took the time to explain which material would be best.
