When it came time to clean my clay tile roof, I did extensive research and found that Kelly Roofing has a division dedicated specifically to roof cleaning. The entire team — including Charlie, Kelvin, and Fernando — were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and gave me complete confidence that my roof would not be damaged during the process. You definitely do not want just anybody walking on a clay tile roof. The team first performed a thorough inspection and pointed out some minor damage from golf ball strikes. My roof is eight years old, and I also had concerns about flashing around the walls and vents. Since I had leftover tile available, the repairs were completed quickly and efficiently before the cleaning even began. On the day of the cleaning, the crew again exceeded all expectations. They covered my pool and outdoor furniture, protected the surrounding areas, and cleaned up so thoroughly that the downstairs of the house looked better afterward than before they started. The roof cleaning itself was outstanding and absolutely worth the investment. The company also provided detailed photos throughout the entire process — including the initial inspection, repairs, cleaning progress, and before-and-after results. After researching everything from drones spraying chemicals to companies attempting to clean roofs from the ground, I was extremely happy I chose Kelly Roofing. I highly recommend them to anyone considering roof cleaning or roofing service work.

Very pleased with Kelly Roofing. The original builder roofing company cut corners throughout our subdivision and amenity centers that has now come to roost. I had Kelly fix one issue and was impressed with the extra quality care taken. Now a second issue caused me to have Kelly take preventive measures with large weatherproof membranes at every protrusion on the roof giving me full confidence in the integrity for the lifetime.

I had Kelly Roofing give me an estimate for the total scope of leak-proofing my 11-year-old concrete tile roof - before it developed a leak. The quoted price was not cheap but competitive, so I decided to go with them. (I knew of several neighbors who had worked with Kelly before and all were satisfied with the company's work.) The entire project was a poster case for customer-oriented execution! From project manager Shelby's timely and detailed quote, Jennifer's successful efforts to stay on top of scheduling (everything happened exactly at the promised time), foreman Kenier and his crew who did a picture-perfect job (literally, as they kept taking and sending pictures of all the interim steps), project supervisor Charlie who showed up several times during the project and patiently answered all my questions, and Juany in Accounting who processed invoices and payments accurately and timely for me. I was especially impressed how perfectly Kenier achieved the color matching. When they were done with the job, I could not distinguish which parts had been replaced and which ones were original! (And yes, they did do the work, in case some cynical readers might question this. I spent a lot of time outside watching them toil away on my roof.) Final comment: I had previously met Mr. Kelly jr. who inspected my roof after Hurricane Ian. At that time he diagnosed no repair-worthy damage, although he suggested the leak-proofing as a matter of caution. I did not see the need then, but found his honesty remarkable! Other contractors might have cracked some tiles while walking the roof to come up with trumped up repair charges - just to get business. I recommend Kelly Roofing without any reservation.

Kelly roofing did an absolute wonderful job on our roof. They were professional, friendly and more importantly- they got the job done quickly and seamlessly. They kept open communications with us, providing aerial photos and video footage so we could see what they working on and they advised us on their recommendations.
