I switched to Carefree a few months back, and our pool has never looked better! The owner responds quickly to any correspondence, and they are out the same day every week. Very happy we made the switch!
I’ll start by saying that Joshua got me a spa heater for $2000 less than any competitor I went to (and I went to a few of them) Not only did he get me a better deal, but he also installed the heater within hours of receiving it. He really goes above and beyond for his clients and he is super easy to get in contact with. I would highly recommend using Joshua if you’re looking for someone to help you with this kind of thing. Poor weekly cleaning and maintenance. Over 2-4 months of service I had to contact company 3 different times for issues. Finally, My Pool turned green and had to cancel service. I had to hire another pool company to fix pool water condition. Owner is responsive but needs better working employees.
I recently got a schedule change at work & couldn’t maintain my pool anymore. I asked around for someone dependable & honest with fair pricing & my buddy told me about Karefree. I gotta say, they make everything easy & keep my pool looking crystal clear. Thank you! A+++
