I had a service to the unit (don't know the lingo) and they changed the air filter. They installed a new compressor a few months ago and this visit was a follow up. The staff is really terrific! They communicate really well and do a great job. They let me know when they expect to be here and let me know when they were on the way. I wouldn't even consider using anyone else. VERY PLEASED! HIGHLY RECCOMEND THEM! I had gotten a quote from another source a few months prior and it was 7k higher than JVR and couldn't be happier - not just the price but the follow up!
Incredible service! They came same day and gave me a great price! Gentleman were very professional! I’m going to switch my annual service to them!
The 2 guys that came out worked so hard. I had mold growing out of all of my vents. They cleaned everything from the registers all the way down to taking my whole air conditioner/furnace apart and cleaning every part. They made sure everything was cleaned and sanitized. They covered everything!!! My house feels so clean now, no more mold or smell!. Wonderful job!!!
We were so incredibly pleased with the work Daniel and his crew completed! They were meticulous and professional throughout the entire process. They started early in the day and did not go home until 7:00 PM. The owner, Jorge, was very responsive and kept to the schedule. The AC technicians were very friendly and professional. This was my first time using JVR, and I'm impressed. They identified 3 or 4 installation errors by the previous AC company, and they have ordered parts for necessary fixes (see update, below). They thoroughly explained the situation to me and took photos to document what has to be done. Based on my experience today, I pre-paid for the next regular service call. I recommend JVR for your consideration. UPDATE: They had to return to install a UV light fixture and bulb, plus a filter and new ducting for the dehumidifier. All of that cost me an additional $850 for about an hour's work. A big chunk of that was for the UV equipment, $490. I hope this is not a sign of things to come as JVR services my system.
