My partner and I have been eating here once a week since this location opened for business back in 2021 (I think that's when, from what I can remember). The past 3 times that I've gone in there recently I have had one problem after another. I typically don't complain and I always tip well, even though I'm just calling in my order and taking it as carry out. I say that to say this; last week (decidedly my last time ordering from this location) it took almost an hour for me to have my food in hand (only a large pizza, boneless wings and cinnamon sticks). I've never phoned in an order and then had to stand in their store for longer than a half hour, watching the 2 young men behind the counter who were clearly unhappy to be there and their attitude reflected on the food that I was finally handed. The worst part was watching him yank my boneless wings out of the oven and pour cold garlic-parmesan sauce over only of half the container of wings (literally threw my wings in the box, then angrily poured cold sauce only onto the right side of the box, didn't even mix it and then shoved ot towards me with similar attitude as to what I watched him have as I waited). This is only the third and final incident over the past month that leads me to believe that either (a) the store is under poor management, (b) they have significantly lowered their hiring standards or (c) they simply just managed to unknowingly hire a couple of punks who are good at being fake when they need to (in front of their supervisors) but aren't afraid to "be themselves" when the environment allows for it. One thing that I am sure of is that the food was terrible and the service was even worse. And Jets Pizza on Reflections Parkway has lost a long-time, loyal customer. The standards at this location have gone significantly downhill. A sign of the times, I guess. But disappointing nonetheless.

Great service! We ordered ahead over the phone. Pizza was ready on time and staff were friendly.

The deep dish pizza dough and crust were absolutely delicious. We got the deep dish bbq chicken where the sauce tasted weird but everything else about the pizza was great. A typical pepperoni pizza was decent over all it was good.

$48 for 2 small pizzas and 2 bottles of soda. 1 8 corner and one small. We pay and then see the stack of coupons next to register the cashier didn't bother to mention and was more than happy to overcharge me at full prices. Go ANYWHERE but here. Too bad. Pizza is good. Try Uncle Ricos or Downtown house of Pizza. Much bigger and better for 1/2 the price.

Great food but the fact they charge $8 for delivery that doesn't go to the driver is insane. No wonder this company generates over $500m a year. The delivery fees alone will buy the Ceo a new Yacht.
