First time pool owner here with a new construction pool, now a year and a half old. Several months ago we noticed blue staining on our pool plaster. My original pool service company did not quite know what to do, so I called a couple of other companies to get their opinions. After talking to Ernie at Jeff Wilson Pool Service, I decided to go with them. Our pool has now been drained, acid washed and refilled and the heater coils were replaced under warranty. Also had Ryan with Jeff Wilson do some equipment tweaking and have just now had our first regular service with them. Melina in the office has also been super helpful. Outstanding service so far, I would recommend them without reservations.

Spectacular!!! We hired Jeff Wilson Pool Service to update our pool (finish, coping, tile and fountains), hot tub (finish, coping, and equipment), pool deck (stone tile), lanai, and surrounding area (astroturf) and they did a spectacular job. I truly think we now have one of the most beautiful pools/spas and backyards in our development. The customer service and communication was fantastic from the design process through construction. We could not have been any happier with the service, and we are beyond happy with the finished product. As an aside (but pretty important), the weekly service we receive from Jeff Wilson Pool Service is also great.

We have been very happy with the quality, consistency, and professionalism of the team at Jeff Wilson Pool. They have done a fantastic job with our weekly servicing / cleaning. The pool is always beautifully maintained. Anytime we have an issue, they are responsive and communicate clearly on the issue and solutions. We also had a renovations and resurfacing done and the end result was beautiful, and on-time and on-budget. We certainly highly recommend Jeff Wilson Pool.

As a property manager, it was a pleasure working with Casey and his team on an extensive and high quality pool and deck renovation. When any issues arose, they took extra meetings graciously and made sure my client was happy with the finished product. Honest and professional. Highly recommend.

Casey, Colby, wanted to reach out to compliment your team on my recent pool tile and service renovations. Special shout out to Theresa Burkett and her team, including your tile man Francisco. The pool looks like new. The project and process went as promised and as planned. Each Tech and Company Rep that played a part in this renovation and update were excellent communicators and skilled workers. The pool looks better than we probably expected. Thanks for a job well done.
