As usual when Mizel is our technician, things were performed to our expectations. He is so very thorough and competent and has a real grasp on everything technical. I have a yearly maintenance agreement with Jackson Total for both my AC and generator and would highly recommend both the program and the company. Got transferred to Stacy that I was told would be able to provide me a quote. She was brief, unhelpful and didn’t care that the house was serviced by this company before. She wanted to basically charge me $125 to diagnosed the issue when I already knew the issue and wanted to tell her what I needed. Would not recommend. Update: Stacy said she is the owner and manager of the company that has installed the a/c system, but refuses to provide any warranty information or provide the date the system was installed. They also failed to register the a/c system with manufacturer for warranty. Also, their response is interesting being that I recall being the one hung up on, which is the main reason for my initial review. And I didn’t provide my last name because I was interrupted while I was trying to explain the situation and what I needed assistance with.
Really appreciate their level of customer service, when they finish the job, there was a slight Internet issue. When I called to let them know about it, they immediately sent help to fix it right away. I’ve been with them for a year now, and have used them multiple times, and appreciate how they always go above and beyond. Prior to Total Jackson, I’ve used numerous electricians over the past seven years, and it feels good when you find a really good contractor that you can trust.
Jackson Total is who we call when something comes up, it's great that they provide many services! We trust their work and that is why we have been a customer of there's for several years.
