He was professional, punctual, and determined to find the issue for my clients, who are currently going through a devastating time with a sewage backup in their residence. The Ironclad Plumbing team installed our water heater in mid-2020, and it worked flawlessly until this morning when the water suddenly went from burning hot to cold. I requested a service appointment, and they were here within hours to assess and repair the issue. Luckily, the unit was still under warranty, so everything was fixed at no cost—not even a service fee. We’ve always found the team to be punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We had no hot water in one of our showers. Luke C from Ironclad came out, diagnosed the issue as a broken handle on the mixer control. He was able to replace it and we are good to go. Luke was friendly and polite. The whole process from scheduling to payment was fantastic. I especially liked the text message prior to Luke’s arrival where I could see where he was on route. This is our second time calling Ironclad for repairs. Very happy with this company.
We had a number of plumbing services on a single visit on our 11 year old single family home: water heater replacement, toilet replacement, and replacement of under sink & toilet push/pull valves with more reliable 1/4 turn valves. Our faucets were also assessed for low flow rate and minor adjustments made. We also opted in for the yearly service visit that includes flushing the hot water heater for sediment. Travis and Taylor are very professional, competent, polite, and left the work site clean. We are satisfied customers.
Highly recommend Ironclad Plumbing. From the time I called to the time they arrived at my house was only 3 hours. Carlos was great—very friendly, professional, and communicative. He texted when he was on the way, explained everything clearly, and discussed pricing before starting the job. After the work was completed, he took the time to explain the clog in my drain system and gave me helpful advice to prevent it from happening again. Excellent service all around.
