If I could leave zero stars I would. We were in TN and I was trying to pick out products from afar. It was a nightmare. The tile setters were not very good at all, and only one could speak any English. They put chipped tile in the finished product and expected me to accept that. They didn’t come back after tile was grouted to clean the grout haze off the tile. The tile in niche had to be redone 4 times to get the job done right . Same with the niche in a studio apt we added.My builder & I had to stand over them & make them take out every chipped tile. I was putting luxury vinyl flooring down in the small studio apt. I received small 8” x 8” samples from which to choose. I chose a product, the product was ordered and then installed while I was in TN. When I arrived in Marco the flooring was covered with brown paper to protect it, but one day, a piece of it had to be uncovered. That’s when I noticed scrapes in some of the planks. To make a very long story short, no sample I received had the scrapes on it, when I asked the owner’s wife about differences in the samples she sent me, before the product was ever ordered, she failed to mention anything about the scrapes; when my designer & I made a trip to Marco from TN to pick out some tile in their showroom, the owner’s wife never pointed out the scrapes to me; no internet description of the Blended Cocoon (the plank that I chose) had any mention of the scrapes as being “a feature.” Unless the owner’s wife told me when I point blank asked, “What is the difference between these three planks that I’m considering” there was no way for me to know. When the owner was made aware of my feelings about this, all he said was that their sample board had the scrapes. Well, they didn’t even send me a picture of the sample board & his wife could have done that & circled the scrapes because she was asked about differences. I had to call the manufacturer to make sure this wasn’t a flaw. The manufacture said it was a feature. To me it was not a feature…just a bad attempt at trying to distress the plank. I was never offered any discount & am stuck with flooring that I don’t really like. The owner did offer to order more product and take up the pieces that had the scrapes on them, but estimated it might cost another $5,000 or more to do that. Give me a break. I had already paid this company a great deal of money for two tiled showers and 700 s/f of luxury vinyl flooring plus 15-20 stairs & they want to charge me more to make their mistake right?That price was just the product…that did not include installing it or the cost the builder would charge me to tear out all the bad pieces plus the baseboards and then put the baseboards back again. A simple sentence from the owner’s wife about Blended Cocoon having these scrapes when I asked her about differences would have saved all these problems. I would have chosen another plank and moved on to the next item. Be sure to get your estimates showing square footage of product ordered, price per square foot, installation price and total estimate. The manufacturer said I could file a claim, but I can’t even get the documentation from the owner showing the square footage of the product he ordered, the price per square foot, the installation price, etc. so I can’t even file a claim to recoup anything. I will never do business here again. It is too upsetting, I can’t trust them or their employees and communication is not one of their strong points.

I was in Marco for two weeks and wanted to get my flooring project done in a short amount of time. Integrity Flooring made it happen within my time frame. The help and guidance that I received from Bob and Margo was top-notch from the start of the project to the end. They worked with me and my budget and never once tried to up sell me. The installers were very professional and clean. Bob maintained contact with me throughout the project to make sure that I was satisfied. My husband and I love the end result and are extremely happy with the quality and look of the vinyl flooring that was installed upstairs and the carpet that was installed on the stairs. I would highly recommend this team.

Like another review said , the name says it all- Integrity. Bob and Margot Rodgers are just awesome and very trustworthy. They really care about customer satisfaction. Starting in the store Margot was so very helpful and patient with me in choosing all my tiles. Bob helped me design and layout the tiles and gave me guidance on choices. I could tell he was hands-on checking his jobs daily. The installers were great and they moved very quickly. Everybody that comes in my house asks who installed my floor, it looks incredible. Both Bob and Margot followed up and verified that I was satisfied. Thank you so much for a great job.

Thank you Bob Rogers and Integrity Flooring. ( Marco Island family business and island resident) Excellent service- fair pricing, quick turnaround( luckily we choose flooring that the mfg had in stock) - expert and careful installation . So very happy - highly recommended Can’t say enough good “stuff”.
