In April my husband and I decided to try a new pest control company and after chatting with them we asked them to come back in two days so I could cancel my other pest control company and decide which of Infinites services would be best for us. The "knockers" asked me to sign a form saying this was how I could lock in my price and they would come back two days later. After signing the second form for mosquitoes services I realized what I was signing was actually a contract and when I brought it up to them, they acted like It was nothing. They ensured me I could cancel my contract within three days after the first service so I decided to see it through anyways. The "knockers" sold me originally to use them because they told me they could get rid of my spiders egg areas around my door. I listened but when the guy came two days later he never touched or removed those eggs. After waiting the weekend, they did get someone to my home the next day but that person told me the "knockers" should have never told me that as they cannot guarantee they can remove spider eggs and it wasn't really a service. This was the SOLE REASON I considered changing companies. The guy who came out did what he could and I called the manager immediately. After two days of waiting for a call I finally called again and the Manager tried to assist me the best he could and sent a new contract as the people I originally spoke to signed me up for more services than I wanted. It's been three weeks and I am finding ant hills on my pavers as well as spiders in my daughter's room. So I do not believe their "spray" works and I have stayed with my original company that I have had for 2 years. I am giving them two stars but the second exterminator to come out was very knowledgable and the manager did try to help. I am very disappointed and feel like I have wasted $150.

They came to my door and talked about their service. I told them I already have a pest service but let me try yours and will decide if I wanna get it or not. They said okay and scheduled one service with them. After the service I called my current pest service company and got more details and decided to stay with mine and did not call Infinite Pest solutions. I noticed that I was charged this month an gave them a call to cancel it. They said if I cancel the first service I got was $249 but I got it for only $100. If I cancel it they will charge that difference,$149 and they will also not refund $60 monthly charge. They are lying at the door to just schedule the first service then they charge all those fees. They are all SCAMMERS. Also Maria on the phone was not helpful and rude.
