It was 11:00 PM on a Sunday when our breaker box popped, smoked, and ultimately melted, causing us to lose power. I called no less than 10 companies that night, and Infinite Electric & Air was the only one that either answered or had someone available to work the holiday weekend. By the next morning — on Memorial Day — they were already at my house ready to go. They came fully prepared with everything needed to replace the existing breaker box, add additional safety features, and bring the meter setup up to code. They also identified several existing electrical issues that could have created future problems and are working through correcting those as well. Going from having the fire department at your house one night to feeling the safest you’ve felt in your home less than 16 hours later is exactly why I wanted to write this review. What also stood out was the customer service. On the way over, they even called and asked if my family needed coffee, breakfast, a cooler, or ice since we were without power. That level of empathy and care is rare. Vinny, Steven, and the entire team — thank you for the outstanding customer service, empathy, and for getting us taken care of so quickly.
TERRIFIC, AWESOME EXPERIENCE. From my first contact, Emily, to the technicians Vinny and Jimmy it was a fanatic customer service experience. The techs were on time, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They took great personal pride in their work. They were happy to answer and explain any questions too.
Steven was very helpful in making sure we had the correct light fixture for our room. He also had the installation done quickly and we are very satisfied He also provided information on other services available in the event we are looking for them..
Infinite Air has proven again to be an exceptional company! We have two air conditioners that were purchased and installed by this company. The customer service provided by the owner, Al is exceptional. He is always focused on customer accommodation and satisfaction. When our one air conditioner was not working, he sent out a technician that same day. Nate was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. He analyzed the problem and had the unit up and working in a very short time. We will always have Infinite Air as our air conditioning company and highly recommend them to everyone without reservation!
I've been using Infinite for all of my electrical needs and I have always been impressed by their response and professionalism. They have done a couple of projects including installing a bypass and generator inlet plug and installing a manual transfer switch. Vinny and his team are great.
