The food was good, but the ceiling really needs attention. There are dirty, dust‑covered tiles around the AC vents not just in the kitchen, but also in the entrance and hallway. In food‑prep areas, dirty ceiling tiles can shed particles, which raises cross‑contamination concerns. The visible ceiling dirt is something management should address to keep the space looking fresh and sanitary.

I had an outstanding experience at Il Primo Pizza & Wings on the corner of Colonial Blvd. and State Road 82 in Lehigh Acres. From the moment we walked in, the gentleman managing the restaurant went above and beyond to provide fast, friendly, and exceptional customer service. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making customers feel welcome, and it really made a difference. The food was absolutely top notch. The chicken wings were hands down the best I've ever had. There was a great variety of flavors to choose from, and every wing was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. What impressed me even more was how quickly our food was ready after ordering without sacrificing quality. The pizza was just as amazing fresh, delicious, and made exactly right. The combo pricing was very reasonable and left us feeling like we received great value for our money. It's refreshing to find a place that delivers outstanding food, excellent service, and fair prices all in one place. If you're looking for the best chicken wings in the area, incredible pizza, plenty of flavor options, and service that goes the extra mile, I highly recommend Il Primo Pizza & Wings. We'll definitely be back!

This place has pizza and wings that are better than anything around. They use quality products to create you a work of art pizza every time. And their wings are wings stop go. Big comfy stalls to sit in here with multiple monitors to watch sports Disney or news. Get a extra large meatlovers with 20 piece wings and thank me later

I have been to this place 3 times before writing this review. Food is disgraceful. One of the worst wings I have ever had (that honor goes to Buckets in Ft Myers). Il Primo doesn’t even cook the wings to order, allegedly. The wings are just hanging around and then are dipped into sauce that’s already hot once they are ordered, allegedly. The wings were warm outside and when you bite into them, they are room temperature/cold. My last straw with this place is I asked for the wings to be “wet” and they literally filled the cheap flimsy styrofoam plate with so much sauce that it spilled in my car. I literally had to pour the sauce out of the plate because it was so much. Then to have all that sauce and it’s tasteless and the chicken had no seasoning, why? The fries are also very very disgusting. The pizza is not enjoyable either. The crust and the sauce are mediocre. Idk what everybody else in the comments are eating but either they have never left the Ft Myers area and had real good tasting food before or they are being paid, allegedly, because all of the restaurants with high reviews in the area are nasty. Il Primo will never see another dime of my money. Disgusting. Yuck.

It has the feel of a NY style pizzeria. Had the meat lovers pizza and it was delicious. Plenty of cheese and toppings with a great crust
