Homewatch Services is a life saver! You can count on Carl and his team to give you peace of mind when you are away from your condo. He goes the extra mile to ensure that every detail is covered to keep your home safe and working properly. We even had car issues and he went above and beyond to make sure that it was fixed and ready so we didn't have to worry about anything on our arrival. Working with Carl and his team over the last ten years has been amazing! My husband and I interviewed many companies before choosing Homewatch Services Etc. once we met Carl, we knew we found the right person. He and his team truly care about every home. They enter and treat them as if they were their own. After each visit, we were sent a report with pictures. Whenever there was a concern, Carl personally reached out to give us our options. We felt that our home was in the best hands possible. In addition to his Homewatch Services, Carl sends out detailed notes that are very pertinent to the care of your home whether you are living in them or thousands of miles away. He also has a list of vendors that he trust and does not hesitate to send the name of a contractor whenever asked. He runs his company the way he runs his life with care, concern, and honesty. We’ve used Homewatch Services for our Florida condo for over 10 years. They’ve been awesome. We’re only on-site a few months per year, and Homewatch gives us peace of mind while we’re gone. They provide timely reports with pictures and stay on schedule. It’s one less thing we have to worry about. They also have an excellent referral network. We had a faucet leak while a renter was in our condo. One quick text, and within 15 minutes I was speaking to a plumber. Problem solved. This is more important than most people think because we don’t have trusted sources for home repair, and using Google to find a vendor that’s reasonable and safe isn’t easy. I was on site immediately after the hurricane. Homewatch had already mobilized and was out serving client immediately. These are the times when you realize how critical having a homewatch service actually is. After years of actual experience, we highly recommend Homewatch!

Homewatch has been a great resource The reports are very detailed and timely. They are also a solid resource if you need any type of vendor for home maintenance,ie a roofer, plumber, house painter. I highly recommend this company and their people Jim Moran
