Tech showed up at 7:15 am for an 8-9 appt and not appreciated. The service people are different each time and they insist I need 4 appts a year when I only need 3. I do a lot of the web clean up myself and don’t appreciate that they insist on what I need. Looking for a company willing to accommodate my needs and not insist on what they think I should do. Cannot say I have had a consistently good experience over 6 years so will look for a new company.
We couldn't be more pleased with the service HomeTeam Pest Defense provides! First, they are extremely thorough and effective with pest control which pleases us greatly! Their communication is top-notch as we get phone calls and texts updating us on what is going on which each visit which is so appreciated. Lastly, we love our technician, Austin, as he has extensive experience and takes the time to communicate and listen! 5 star service for sure!!
We had Home Team Pest Defense for several years. Recently we changed service for quarterly pest and rodent with a competitor. We informed Home Team’s office by email and phone as well as advised the technician. H.T. does not take no for an answer. Since we canceled service, without our knowledge or acceptance they have billed us and informed us of scheduled service appointments by email, mail and texting. We always reply informing them that we have already canceled service, but they continue to email us with service appointments and bills. March 16, 2026 Update. Candace Fussell manager said below, she would look into it, but we still receive claims they appeared at the house to perform service and email invoices.
My technician yesterday was Tommy. This was the first time he has been to my house for pest control, but I want to say he was very thorough. He serviced both the inside and outside of the home.
