Hessler just installed tile in my bedroom, hall and two closets. From the moment I arrived in the store I was greeted by Elizabeth (Liz) who is an amazing person . She was patient and helpful, giving me ideas and her expertise. I was so lucky to have her helping me. The installers arrived at the appointed time and worked incredibly hard and really hustled. Never slacking off. They were very impressive. They did an amazing job. Corners were cut perfectly. They cleaned the work area well and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I wish I could afford to have the rest of my house done by them . I would not hesitate to hire them at all, ask for Liz to help you.
Overall a great experience. Elizabeth went above and beyond helping us to pick just the right carpet and color. We agreed to a price, paid our deposit, only to get a phone call later to let us know there was an error in the quote, in our favor. That's honesty thats hard to find. The installation was great and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Elizabeth for everything.
Hessler did an amazing job. I highly recommend. They applied a hardener and a new stain/sealer. Now it looks amazing. Nice and even color and no fluid retention. Stain resistant and easy to clean. Just what I wanted. Thank you Steve and Bonny for coming here and making it look better than ever. They did a wonderful job on tiling the bathrooms as well.
Great job with our floors, helpful staff, even when our closing date changed they worked with us. We had a great experience and were very pleased. Floors look amazing and are very durable. Would definitely use Hessler for all our future floor needs.
This review is strictly for Hessler Carpet and not the installers nor the carpet manufacturer as both the installers and the Karastan carpet would be 5 stars. I purchased a custom made area rug measuring 23 x 12 and a matching pad from Hessler Carpet in Ft. Myers. My disappointment is with Hessler as I received the rug (as expected), but the pad for which I paid good money came in two odd sized pieces. I called the salesman immediately before it was laid and was glibly told that he does the paperwork and that he has no control over what the installers are given at the place they pick it up from and basically I could deal with it as they were not going to change it for a full size pad. I was told that one roll of pad ran out so they cut from another hence the two odd sizes - roughly 17 and 6. Very disappointing - I ordered a custom rug and pad - not scraps from two rolls because whoever they bought the pad from just uses up the end of one roll and continues with a new roll. Not right in my books since this was not wall to wall carpet that may need to be done this way. The great 3rd party installers seemed miffed too as to why they were given two odd size pads and one rug. Anyway, for what it is worth to you - get whatever you want exactly written on the contract - don't leave it to chance. I never dreamed I would have had two assorted carpet pad sizes with my full size rug! I have attached pictures - lesson learned.
