Emilio Estrada was the technician that arrived today at my home, from Hers and His Plumbing. Emilio is very friendly and it is a delight to speak with him, and equally so, top notch professionalism! Emilio was incredibly informative, and well equipped to address my current issue. His efforts were without flaw but above all else he took the time to discuss with me, at length, the current issue. Because he took that time with me I am able to make a well-informed decision about a potentially high cost repair. It is professionals like Emilio that instill confidence in a consumer such as myself. I truly appreciate his knowledge and professionalism. Thank you.
I've used Hers and His Plumbing once before and remembered how good a job they did, so I hired them again. Not disappointed. Reuben Martinez, the technician that was sent out, did a great job. Plus he cleaned up everything nicely before he left, which is a plus. I would recommend this company for any and all your plumbing needs. A+++
Would not use again. The appointment system was a fail. I scheduled an appointment for the morning, confirmed by text, and started receiving texts messages as if they had tried to reach me and wanted to schedule the appointment. I got no phone calls or voicemails that indicated that I had missed them. The gate entry system was notified, and I had completely rearranged my day (and the next day) in order to accommodate an appointment. That's the bad news. They did get someone out that afternoon. Tech was pleasant, professional. Ten-minute replacement of a part he had to go out and buy. $400. We asked about a couple of other things, and he just continued to try to sell other services. I finally had enough of it.
Strong recommendation for Hers & His Plumbing! Ruben just finished some work in my bathroom. This is the third time I've used Hers & His Plumbing and the second time Ruben has done the work. Strong recommendation for this company and particularly for Ruben. He is always on time. He assessed the issue with me, offered options, worked with me on pricing, and completed the job in the timeline and at the price we discussed. I will definitely use this company again and ask for Ruben.
From start to finish this was a great experience. Customer Service called to schedule an appointment and was willing to help us with the tight window that we had with work and school. They were pleasant and helpful in the scheduling. Then Emilio came out and helped us with our issues. I loved getting the picture of who was coming as it made it easier on my wife knowing who would be in our home. Emilio was thorough in helping diagnose the issue and showing us how to unclog our disposal next time it happens. He also was able to help diagnose an issue in the neighborhood with potential leaking pipes causing low water pressure in our kitchen sink. Everything was quick, efficient and done with great customer service. Will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.
