It would have been great if they had the materials for the new pool cage before tearing down the existing one. They have now stated that it will be AT LEAST 4 months to import the materials, and that's not even guaranteed. In the meantime, the pool has a "safety" fence (that has fallen down) around it, making it impossible to keep the pool clean. Not to mention, our brand-new pump and new pool surface are at risk of damage from the daily debris that accumulates in the pool. Needless to say, they have not returned numerous inquiries regarding an acceptable solution to the problem they created. 0 stars is more appropriate.

We started using Hendry Aluminum in 2013 to replace our pool cage. All we could say, along with our friends is wow! The picture window was magnificant. After seeing ours, many memers of our club went on to use Hendry Aluminum for their cage replacements and were extremely satisified. We also had them replace the screening on our entry way. When Ian damaged our cage, they were there on the spot to make repairs. Their follow-up support and customer service is top of the line. Consistently through all contacts with them, their sales staff, office staff, and installers were professional, courteous, and reliable. I would use no other vendor for any required work in the future.

Great experience, professional installation, unique design providing expansive views and volume with minimum obstruction of cables and beams that traditional structures have with an installed enclosure. we had it built around our pool and enclosing a three story home’s Lanai. The Hendry team were professional and friendly, explaining all the pros and cons in the chosen custom design and structure. Great team and experience Now 2024 The massive structure is still standing elegant and strong and withstood the direct hit of hurricane Ian of 2022 a credit to the design and installation of Hendry Aluminum Co thank you team again for your construction and follow up service great job

Hendry Aluminum replaced our screen cage and some exterior railings in 2022. We loved the larger screen panels and it has survived three hurricanes since with no problems. This week we scheduled their pool/lanai gutter cleaning, check and caulk service. The service tech Corey was very punctual, pleasant and personable. We very much appreciated the extra effort and attention to detail. We will be recommending this company highly and scheduling this service routinely!

Hendry Aluminum is by far the BEST aluminum cage/screen co around! We had to replace entire cage after Ian and what Hendry installed was magnificent in both views and structure. Their patented design is unlike any other co we interviewed or have seen (beefy headers, anchored to house not gutter, no cables). The on-site crew was super polite, respectful and beyond hard-working (in 100 degree days). It was well worth the wait to have this company/type of cage system installed. I HIGHLY recommend Hendry to everyone now!!!
