The school was shining and it smells so good. I appreciate your work and I’m glad they are my part of my school I wish everybody contract them. They have a good employee. I have used Hello Maids in my Bonita Springs home for many years. Always been satisfied with their thorough cleaning services. But what really stands out to me is their customer service and attention to detail. Michael and Ada have always been able to accommodate my requests but this past week, they went above and beyond. After new flooring was installed throughout the house while I was in Michigan, the Hello Maids crew not only dedicated many extra hours cleaning all the dust, they helped restore some furniture and other items to their rightful place. And sent pictures just to make sure that everything was okay! Cannot thank them enough for the extra effort. HIGHLY recommended!!
I desperately needed a cleaning service just before Thanksgiving but everyone was booked up. Although they were also fully booked Hello Maids sent a maid on a Saturday to meet my needs. There was a mix up with the address but she used her initiative to find us. She did an absolutely great job - very thorough cleaning - and was very cheerful and courteous The price was lower than any of the competitors. I would highly recommend Hello Maids and I will continue to use them.
