I was pleased when Garrett arrived to do our quarterly service today. I continue to find him to be very personable and knowledgeable. He gives extensively of his time to address questions and provide effective solutions. His well deserving of a five star rating.
I don’t recommend this company to anyone. Their employee stole my personal property at my home and got caught on camera. After filing the police report and great work by collier county sheriffs office we did recover my property back. Avoid dealing with this company at all cost. I never got a call from the owner of this business or an apology still look forward to speaking with you so please reach out!
Great local company for pest control in the Collier County area. We have been using Harps for about 4 years with consistently great service on a quarterly basis. Our tech, Garret, is courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He listens to any problems/concerns and creates a treatment plan that provides the best solution. And Obi and the office staff are efficient when making appointments or answering questions.
Just want to give a shout out to my pest control professional her name is Yaresmi, she was so knowledgeable and attentive to my home, worked very hard, getting to all the places these bugs can hide, learned a lot from her, I hope she is well appreciated there because I do appreciate someone like her, that's why I use Harp's!!
