I recently used Hancock Plumbing and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Chloe was able to get me scheduled quickly, which I especially appreciated with guests arriving in just a couple of days. Lee, the plumber who came out, promptly diagnosed the issue and resolved it with efficiency and expertise. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything before getting to work. The entire process was smooth and well-handled, and the area was left clean afterward. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. Overall, a seamless, stress-free experience—I wouldn’t hesitate to use Hancock Plumbing again or recommend them to others.

Lee did an amazing job! There were multiple plumbing issues and Lee fixed all of them in little time. He’s very professional and thorough. Also Lee is a really nice guy who is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He even answered all my questions and that’s very appreciated. Thank You!

Hancock Plumbing is my #1 plumber in Naples, Florida. My plumber, Lee, is not only excellent at his craft … he’s also always kind and efficient. A pleasure to work with. The front office is very good as well. Easy and accurate scheduling. I will continue to use them when needed.

Hancock Plumbing sent Lee to work on an issue I had that 2 other plumbing companies could not resolve. He found the issue right away and corrected it. The company also is great with scheduling and communicating. They do not overcharge. I highly recommend them.

Had a small warranty issue on a very complex install. Hancock remedied the situation extremely fast. Trey, Philip and Lee were outstanding. The office was a pleasure to work with. You see how great a company is when there is a small issue… and they were incredibly responsive… A+++
