Mike Murphy, the owner, did an outstanding job with the recent re-model of our Master Bath. They were not perfect, but when something went awry, Mike was 'Johnny on the spot' to get it resolved. Mike made several suggestions which turned out to be very good. One of them was regarding the original round drain we had selected for the shower. Mike said to us, "With the quality of materials you guys are using, you need an up to date 'state of the art' drain for the shower" and nixed the old-style round drain. He installed a rectangular drain with tile inset and It turned out to be a great suggestion and we love everything about it! The subs he used were by and large on time and did a nice meticulous job, cleaning up the job-site almost every night before they left. There were minimal overruns and several of them were changes we made that resulted in extra work. Hammer and Hand also installed new high impact windows and doors for us. We are very please how it all turned out and continue to get amazing compliments from friends and family.

We are so thrilled with the results from our renovation project with Hammer and Hand! Mike and his team did an amazing job making our dream home a reality. It was a very big complete renovation of breathing new life into a 30 year old home: tearing down walls, building walls, all flooring, new cabinetry, new footprint, new wiring, new lighting, painting, and so on. It didn’t happen overnight, but in the end we couldn’t be happier with this project. I’ve enclosed some photos of the kitchen and master bathroom where we began and ended. Night and day! The project was much more extensive, but this should give you an idea of what this team of builders can accomplish. It now feels like our home. Mike and his team are an honest group of guys that will work to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the project.

I can not say enough amazing things about Hammer and Hand. Mike and his crew are truly AMAZING. They really know their craft and are extremely honest and respectful. I am from NY so finding someone I can trust was really important and I found that with Hammer and Hand. Being from out of state I wasn’t able to be in Florida for every decision during construction. Mike and his crew were very patient and always communicated with me every little detail. Collier County is pretty strict with requirements and Mike was able to handle everything with 0 inspection issues. The quality of materials and design were amazing and he listened to all of my wants and needs and made it happen. He has a great eye for design and utilized every inch of space in our home. I get so many compliments on my home. His crew is also amazing. Everyone from plumbing, painting, electric, and carpentry were excellent. The construction job went smooth and I am a very satisfied customer. I’m now going to use them for updating another property. If you have a major construction project or remodel look no further. Their honest and know what they are doing!!

It started as a simple consult on a Master Bath renovation with the possibility of a kitchen renovation. (In reality, my 1978 home was in dire need of a complete update) Here comes Mike with Hammer and Hand. He was prompt, courteous and engaged in my “future home” ideas. I wanted to hire him right on the spot, but I waited for his quotes to come back to me. He was quick to respond with detailed quotes that fit perfectly into my budget. After thinking for a minute, I decided to have Mike come back, meet my husband and go over possibly renovating the entire home. This has been a dream for us for over 12 years. We were so impressed with his demeanor, expertise and ideas that matched our ideas for our home. We hired Hammer and Hand after he quickly responded with a whole home renovation quote. Now the fun part! Renovation 2019 is underway!! Did I mention that we also needed to stay in the home at the time of all this going on!! I had been warned by many about the stress of living through a home renovation. Now that being said, it WAS NOT stressful. We enjoyed the process. The crew was so friendly, and they really took their time to respect that we had to stay in the home. They kept the place so clean. Every day it was like Christmas, what was going to be all new and shiny today?? I still sit and admire my home every day. I cannot wrap my head around the fact that this is MY HOME. Mike and the Crew from Hammer and Hand literally made our dream home come to life. We could not be happier. We purchased our vacation home and immediately hired Mike and his team to renovate the entire home. The project included a new kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, a new laundry room, new molding and doors, moving walls, new impact windows and new tile throughout the home and lanai. The workmanship was excellent. Mike was very easy to work with and extremely honest. All my friends can’t believe it’s the same house and how quickly the large project was completed. I highly recommend Hammer and Hand.
