On time, courteous, installed, and answered my questions. I am pleased with the new AC. It cools fast and I can set the temperature higher for a comfortable feel. Interaction with the office was good too. Price seemed high, but I did not shop around because I wanted to get it done. Overall 5 stars for Jerry, Angel, and for the company.
This place try to charge me $20,000 plus to replace my unit when all I needed was a good maintenance. This is what their tech missed or ignored . After another company came in the next day and did a thorough maintenance Now my unit is working like new always get a second opinion.

I am genuinely overjoyed to share how highly I regard the services from Gulf Shore Cooling. I had a potential issue with my AC fan running and asked for a second opinion from Gulf Shore Cooling. Debbie & Zena promptly assisted me in arranging for a service technician to come out same day and actually within in hours of my call. How lucky I was to be assigned Devon Jernigan as my technician that evening. I cannot express the pleasure it was for me as a customer to work with Devon. He cared for me as a customer, guided me through all that he was doing, listened to my concerns, answered my concerns and went over and above to make sure I felt respected and appreciated. From this experience, I cancelled the work I was going to do with another company and insisted I needed to work directly with Devon for my AC maintenance and repair needs going forward. I thought about it all night and was compelled to call the office to let them know what an amazing representative Devon is for Gulf Shore Cooling. Thank you to Debbie, Zena and especially Devon for treating me fairly and with kindness. I will not forget it.
Dan Beer came to our condo to give us an estimate for replacing our 8 year old hvac system. He did an excellent job explaining the pros and cons of various manufacturers to help us with choosing which best fit our needs and budget. He also helped us get 0% financing! The 2 techs that installed our new cooling system were Carlos and Sergio. They worked tirelessly to install the outside compressor and inside air handler in just 4 hours! They were neat, covered our laminate floor protecting it from any scratches. They were polite and did quality work. Highly recommend Gulf Shore Cooling.
