Greenscapes began service in September 2025, and since then Summit Place Community has seen tremendous improvement. The property has been beautifully maintained and thoroughly inspected for weeds, with careful pruning and trimming that has given our community a cleaner, more organized appearance. We have received so many compliments on the mulch installation, and the overall organization and execution of the project have been outstanding. The crew is friendly and professional — they wave every day and are always courteous to residents, which truly makes a difference. A special thank you to the irrigation division for ensuring the water is getting to the right areas and keeping everything healthy and thriving. A big thank you to the entire team who have been on site day in and day out, taking such great care of our community. Your hard work and dedication truly show.
Please stop tearing up the yards in Orange Blossom Ranch. There are four bald spots in my yard and many more in my neighbors yards. We want grass not dirt. These are four spots on my side yard. Some are fresh from this weeks mow and the others are from the previous week.
Driver #171 sitting in the passing lane break checking anyone who comes close. Accelerating when you try to pass and keeping you boxed in with no traffic in front of him. Be careful who you choose to represent your company in the public. Was a gentlemen with a beard thinking it was funny. Going to cause an accident and inconveniencing everyone’s morning communicate.
The ABSOLUTE WORST Landscaping Company in SWFL. They allow their crews to do whatever they want on property WE OWN. greenSCAPES "customer" service deserves NO STAR. First - OF COURSE - I was assured something would be done. And I waited weeks!!! And now, I am DONE waiting. When will you address the ineptitude of the GREENSCAPES trimmers who desecrated the bushes in our alley way? Do you honestly think I'm gone to be satiated by an offer to "fill in" the area that's been desecrated by YEARS OF INCONSISTENT AND HORRIFIC "landscaping?" THINK AGAIN!
Carlos the manager has been absolutely amazing with help regarding our landscape in orange blossom. Our HOA is useless and so rude to us in our subassociation. He always responds professionally and promptly to our questions and we are really looking forward to finally having a landscape company & Carlos the manager here to help us. Thank you again.
