Glass Doctor has excellent personnel that measured our shower for a glass panel and they measured perfectly!!! The installation crew were equally excellent, they were respectful to make sure they put floor covers down, rechecked measurements, and did a phenomenal installation. They drilled holes perfectly for the clamps holding the glass panel. The only reason I gave a 4 star is from my personal experience due to their lack of communication after placing my order. I had to follow up with them several times to obtain an answer to an installation date.
We have used Glass Doctor multiple times. This time was for shower doors on a remodeled bath room. The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable, and always ontime. The technicians are very experienced and leave the work area as clean as when they arrived. They stand by all their work and from start to finish they create a pleasant experience. We will continue to use Glass Doctor for all our upcoming projects. I recommend you give them a try. You will be pleased you did.
Glass Doctor replaced the show enclosure in our master bath and we love the finished product. There were "issues" cause by the tile installation, but nothing to do with the glass. They were able to find the color and style of the door handle my wife wanted which was a big deal. The installers very professional and experienced and made me feel comfortable.

We had a great experience with Glass Doctor in Naples. We ordered a custom size piece of glass for a desk top. They were able to custom cut the size we needed with finely polished edges. They had multiple options available for glass type and edge types. They also offer a lot of other glass related services like showers, mirrors, windows, windshields, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely work with them again for any glass needs I have.
