We worked with Fara & she was great! It's so nice to work with a company like this! They installed weeks sooner than we anticipated & the time frame given was between 2:00-4:00 & they called at 12:00 & said they could come earlier if it was ok & would be here at 12:30! It was awesome. They did a wonderful job & the installer even adjusted our door that had been rubbing the ground & we didn't even ask him to do it, he just did it on his own. We will definitely refer this company!!!
I’m a little late with this post but The doors I’ve brought from Glass by Design are tremendously beautiful. The people that works there, are really amazing people. They are very kind and patient. I highly recommend Glass Design! The entire buying process was seamless. Scott helped us price every door we were interested in, quickly provided documentation for our association, and was on top of helping us purchase our glass. Setting up our appointment was simple, and Loreen was bubbly and kind, which made the process that much more. Tyler came to our home early, did a fantastic job installing our glass, and was very professional and kind. Overall we're beyond happy with our purchase and love the customer service!
First rate experience from our first visit in the showroom, through the alternative selection process through the sale process and ultimately the installation. We were kept informed throughout and in all cases the staff was responsive to questions with accuracy and speed as a highlight.
The people at Glass Design were a pleasure to work with. They got my job scheduled quickly, fitting me into a cancelation, and the installers came when scheduled and did a fantastic job. Bonus, they were a pleasure to deal with, very professional. In the end I got exactly the door I wanted. It elevates the look of my entryway inside and out.
