I have known and worked with Paul on a number of very nice projects during the past 3-4 years. I was always impressed with with both his team of installers and his flooring products. Recently I was happy to be on the receiving end of his operation. It started with him helping me select the perfect piece of tile that would blend with both the nearby tile and the built in wood cabinets in our home office. I just had Gearing Floors finish a huge project at my home having tile removed and installed. I can't begin to expresses my complete and 100% satisfaction with the entire process. From the beginning we met with Paul and he was able to explain the entire process to my wife and myself this put us at ease and gave us confidence, We than had Wayne come to our home who took very accurate measurements, again this put us at ease. Now the best for the last, The installers both Dan and Odair are to be commended, their workmanship is outstanding, they worked very hard and left our home very clean. Once again thank you to the entire Gearing Floors company. for a JOB WELL DONE.

We ordered new vinyl flooring from Costco on August 31st. We learned that this was the last day of a special sale from their installation partner, Gehring Floors in Fort Myers. They jumped through hoops to get the order entered and approved in time for the savings. And even though the normal lead time for installation is 3-4 weeks (if the flooring is in stock) they were able to install it the NEXT DAY due to a cancelation. The service from Gehring is awesome. Sydney Leete did an outstanding job helping us choose the flooring, processing the order and scheduling the installation. She is very knowledgeable but even more customer focused, polite, and friendly. The installers were Charlie & Ryan Yelvington. They were certainly the A team. Highly experienced, quick, clean and flawless installation. If you are thinking of flooring, nobody beats Costco and Gehring!

Allison promised she would call me back so that I could proceed to purchase carpet. After no call back, I called and left a message with another associate to have her please call me back so that I could order carpet. No call. I ordered from somewhere else and they will have it installed next week.
