Carlos was very prompt in talking with me and understanding my situation! The next day he was out to check my air conditioning unit. He made sure I knew what was needed and the price. Within another day, my unit was fixed. Since I couldn’t be there, he also sent pictures of each step as he was doing it so I could be kept in the loop of the process! He was honest and very fair with pricing! I couldn’t say enough about him and his company!

I would highly recommend Carlos from Freeze the Heat to anyone looking for air conditioning services. He was recommended to me from a neighbor who has worked with Freeze the Heat and were extremely pleased. Carlos is extremely knowledgeable, professional and diligent. Carlos spent a great deal of time explaining things to me and providing me with guidance. He stayed n close communication throughout the process and provided pictures of thee work as it was being completed. Carlos was extremely competitive with his pricing. I obtained 4 quotes and Carlos was the best. I also was pleased that Carlos did not try to upsell and when I asked him about various items that I had received in other quotes, he advised most were not needed and in a couple of cases, we agreed that it was a good idea (ex. clean all the vents), he agreed to complete the work at a lower price than all of the other vendors - all of which I felt were capable of doing a great job. I sent the quote from Freeze the Heat to a family friend in New England that does the same work and he said that Carlos provided a very competitive and comprehensive proposal. Thanks to Carlos and his wife Irina for the outstanding service. We look forward to working with you on standard maintenance going forward.
