I don't post reviews often but I felt the need to this time! She did an incredible job on my 2 doodles! They look perfectly gorgeous! Mine can be nervous and difficult for groomers, but she was able to groom everything - and the difficult parts, paws and nails, look AMAZING!!! I highly recommend!
I’ve gone to Lisa for probably 15 or more years. I always liked her and she did a good job with my furbabies. Actually she found a lump on my poodles back foot that probably saved her life…at least from that. So I was very appreciative. There were times when she had health issues and needed to back from some of her clients then she would be trying to build it up again and I helped her a lot by recommending. My husband and I retired and we were only home for 6 mo in the summer so I’d call her when we were home to get an appt. All of a sudden out of the blue I get a text from her saying she was no longer grooming my girls. No explanation. We had just gotten home, groomers are booked months in advance so I had a terrible time finding someone that could work them in… I’m very disappointed in Lisa because I had gone to her for a very long time and she gave me no explanation but that she was cutting back and mine apparently didn’t made the cut. Mine are groomed about every 6 wks so I would think mine would be easier than any since it’s only about 3 times a year.
I have been taking my dogs over 20 years to Four Paws. First my Westie and now our toy poodle. Kim does an outstanding job grooming our dogs.
First time we had our little one to a groomer so we were careful in choosing the right one. We feel so happy we chose Four Paws. They were helpful and professional and kind. Will come back all the time.
I have been taking my dogs here for the last few years but this last time was a terrible job . The hair on the face one side is long one shorter, one dog got a brush on the back . I noticies the last time was a problm , just getting worse . I would not take pets here when they don’t care . I like to help bussiness but got enough or poor service
