Extremely condescending phone call with a lady named Chris. Treating paying customers with respect is apparently not apart of this company's commitment to serve the city of Fort Myers. Implementing and / or additional customer service training for staff on service and kindness would be beneficial for both staff and customers alike.
A shout out to a FABULOUS Waste Management Driver on Thursday May 23rd!!! It may have been a regular day for you but you made my day and restored my faith in humanity! I’m moving between Edison Grand and The Ivy and lugging things back in forth by hand in my cart in the early morning and late night hours to avoid the heat. You witnessed something fall out of my cart and I had not noticed. You stopped your truck, honked so loudly it scared the hell out of me and the librarian across the street, as you pointed at me. We were both shocked at first and then learned you were trying to get my attention to let me know something fell. I don’t know who you are but you are Superman as far as I am concerned. Your thoughtfulness is inspiring and much appreciated. I wish there were more people in the world like you. THANK YOU! May a gift of the same courtesy come back to you 10 X!
Every week my bins look like this ( laid out on my neighbors lawn) and sometimes they don’t even come on normal pick up days - terrible. This is what I pay for? Do better city of fm
Customer Service for the City of Fort Myers Utilities is fantastic. Every time I have called, the customer representatives are incredibly nice and bend over backwards to make sure any problem is solved.
2 weeks in a Rowe they did not pick up my recycling in the blue bin, I tried to call City FT Myers for 2 weeks to no avail, all I hear is continuous piano music & no one to talk to. What a shame for this kind of service for tax payers
