Great place to stay. Clean. Host was very prompt in answering any questions.
Wow! What a great place to stay. Clean and spacious and close to the beach. Just bring your bathing suit and suntan lotion because Rosanne has everything that you will need to get you to the beach and beyond. A nature preserve is right across the street and it is quite but close to all the fun. The pool is refreshing and the location is perfect. I am afraid to tell everyone because we want to come back and this is a great place to get a way! I would rate our Mermaid Suite at 10 out of 1-10!
I would say 4.5 stars. Place was clean, decent & heated pool. Owners very friendly & helpful! They have about everything you need for the beach. Location is quiet & within easy walk to the beach. Only thing I'd recommend would be a beach wagon for every unit, some overhead lighting in bedroom, and maybe another small couch or loveseat in living room. But would definitely stay again! Highly recommend.
I wouldn’t even give this place a star if I didn’t have to. This facility is not friendly to customers, especially college age students. After traveling many hours to this location the staff refused to allow us to check in and told us to cancel our reservation if we wanted a refund($2000+ spent but less than 10% returned). Having booked through Air BNB the policy states if the renter cancels the reservation there is no refund. Hmm what a coincidence of them to approach us in a very hateful manner and bully us into cancelling the reservation. We flew and were stranded and the only statement from the host was ‘it’s not my problem.’ I would much rather stay at the Marriott!
Great little place. Owner was extremely friendly and welcoming. I'm actually looking to stay at another property (Chalet) they own in Tennessee. I highly recommend.
