On May 18, Florida Comfort Systems sent Steven to service our HVAC system. How lucky for us. Steven was respectful and personable. He explained precisely what he was doing and what needed to be done. In repairing a component of the system, Steven explained possible options and both short- and long-term costs and savings. He did not pressure us to purchase the most expensive option. Steven was totally professional and represented Florida Comfort Systems admirably. For us, an A+ experience .

From the initial consultation, they provided a prompt and competitive quote, helping us select the absolute best system for our needs without any high-pressure sales tactics. The installation itself was an impressive feat. J and Bill worked tirelessly for over 12 hours to ensure everything was perfect as the installation was challenging because of the space. Throughout the entire day they remained efficient, timely and incredibly respectful of our home. It is rare to find a company that maintains such high standards from the first phone call to the final cleanup. If you want the job done right, look no further.

Nelson did a great job explaining the AC system and humidifier above my thermostat and how I can get it to work more effectively. He cleaned the AC system and gave me an estimate for duct cleaning as well. I have used this company for 5 years and would definitely recommend FCS to my clients at Blue Oyster Concierge in Naples. Very impressive operation all around! I randomly chose to call them after seeing their sponsorship sign outside of my kid’s school. Turned out to be an excellent decision! Communication was simple and easy from the start, and throughout. Honest, proud, experienced, reasonable, comprehensive, down-to-earth…all come to mind. Denny, the owner, was involved and invested from the start. He’s got an outstanding team. It was clear to me that he’s proud of his business, and I now understand why. This wasn’t the simplest job. I needed the works: new unit, new ductwork, and insulation. And my attic is super tight. Two things stood out to me from the start: 1. They were 1 of 4 quotes that I got, and they just noticed details that no one else even mentioned. 2. I overheard multiple comments from different individuals about “doing/getting it right.” My highest praise goes to the primary installers, Cody and Javion, who basically lived at my house for a week. I can’t remember ever being as impressed with anyone’s work ethic as I was with these two young men. Cody and Javion put in a tremendous effort, knew what they were doing, and took pride in the job. And they were just friendly and easy to talk to…answered all my dumb questions. The ductwork, in particular, was not an easy job, and it didn’t all go perfectly as planned, mostly due to my nearly-50 year old Florida attic with a roof at minimum pitch. They literally spent entire days crammed into my attic. I heard zero complaints…just work and “getting it right!” What more can you ask for? Hard to imagine a better experience. Super impressed with everyone I dealt with. Would highly recommend, without hesitation.

Techs showed up on time, very friendly and left no mess when they were done. Great experience from quote, scheduling, and very quick install. Would highly recommended them for anybody that needs a replacement AC unit.
