David and Maria were fantastic to work with. Floors and More transformed our kitchen and flooring throughout the house quickly and beautifully. They treated this project like it was their own and took care of everything! They went above and beyond. Highly recommend!!!!

I first learned of Floors & More of SWFL/Lisi Contracting from local friends that had used them on several projects at Pelican Sound and raved about their remodeling work. We needed to have our beach condo rebuilt on Fort Myers Beach after a total loss and decided to check them out. We looked at their work and met with them. We were impressed with the fact that not only do they have an excellent reputation (for over 30 years in business), they can provide a turnkey service as a materials distributor and in design and installation. Our unit was completely gutted to the studs and needed to be built back after rough in and drywall. We needed a contract to provide a new remodeled interior including floors, kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathroom with tiled shower enclosures, vanities, doors, trim, closets, light fixtures, general carpentry, custom five panel bypass door/closet, etc. We visited them in their showroom and looked at floor tile, countertops, backsplashes, cabinets, and all options. We eventually made our selections and they provides an estimate for materials and labor with payment schedule. We loved the many options they had for floor tile, countertops and cabinets. Once they started, the project was done in 4-5 weeks!! We could not be more pleased with the company and their people. Many thanks to David, Marie, Tabitha, and Carrie for an excellent job. It is a rarity to have a success story like this especially in these challenging times after the amount of hurricane damage in the area considering how much work is going on and scarcity of materials and available labor. The pricing was reasonable and very fair. I highly recommend using this company.

From initial consult, through design and total remodel of my master bathroom, Floors and More exceeded my expectations! The employees are knowledgeable and very professional. Every worker who worked on my project were not only great at their craft, they treated me and my home with respect. This was my second project with Floors and More. I am one very satisfied customer.

We had them remodel our main bathroom this Spring,2025. From the beginning the team was amazing. From help us design it and picking out tile they should have 10*** David the owner very involved from things go smoothly! The install was excellent. Good communication etc. I had health issues so just now posting my review. Clara

This is our second time using this company. Our first experience was back in 2021 for kitchen remodel and we were pleased. This time we had a master bathroom remodel and while we were happy with the looks of the final product, unfortunately we had a toilet leak after 2 weeks. We attempted to contact owner David as soon as it was discovered but unfortunately did not hear back until the next day. We had a plumbing company repair this problem as we did not know how quickly Floors and More would act and being on the second floor of our Coach home the leak entered our neighbor's unit. The plumbing company that repaired leak informed us that the wax ring that was installed was bad and that the flange was below the new tile that was installed. I had the plumbing company write down the findings on the service report. In the end I am writing this review because Floors and More would take no responsibility for the out-of-pocket expenses we were left with. The owner said that they did nothing wrong, and this was not the fault of their work??? How does a new toilet leak after installation and not be the responsibility of the individual who installed it? A simple flange with a longer hub would of solved the problem. This is what was installed by plumbing company that came in to correct leak. Leak was repaired with simple extension flange. The new tile that was installed by Floors and More was above original toilet flange. The drain was never installed incorrectly as noted by the owner of Floors and More. UPDATE..... February 6, 2024 Since last review back in February 2023 and when leaking toilet was corrected by plumbing company there has been no further leak. As stated in original review the toilet was not installed correctly at time of this remodel and had never leaked in past as indicated by owner of Floors and More. A very inexpensive toilet flange extension hub could of been used and would of solved any issues of toilet leaking . The comment made about plumber friends and Fire Marshall is complete nonsense and is trying to put blame on someone else other than the unqualified individual who did the install. Update ..... January 17, 2025 This will be my final update since original post was made back in 2023. I just wanted to emphasize that the toilet that was properly repaired with extension hub (which was NEVER used during this renovation) has not leaked since. This is going on 3 years now. If the proper materials and proper tradespeople were involved i would never be writing this review. Please contact me if you would like any more information regarding this review.
